You're catching them at the exact moment of need. This traffic is more expensive, but it's often the highest quality. For one medical job matching software client, for instance, we reduced their cost per user from over £100 down to just £7 by focusing on high-intent search terms on Google Ads and optimising their Meta Ads.
If they are NOT actively searching (you need to create demand): Social media is your best option. This is for disrupting their day with a compelling message about a problem they might not even know they could solve.
